We will then transition to the first and second class. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each student gets to pick TWO different classes for each week. There is a list of the class choice below. The timings for these classes will be given to the students once all enrollments are completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>The Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10:30 &#8211; 11:15 AM EST: Warm up session including Yoga or Zumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11:15 &#8211; 12:00 PM EST: The students first Class-of-Choice. (see list below for class choices)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12:00 &#8211; 12:45 PM EST: The students second Class-of-Choice. (see list below for class choices)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\">Class Choices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Pick two classes of choice.
