Martial Arts – Summer Course

Week 1: 

In the first week students will learn a variety of punches and mainly focus on form. They will learn moves such as mabo, high horse, stance, and normal punches.

Week 2: 

In the second week students will focus on kicks as well as a more focused aim on form. They will learn moves such as normal kick, the chamber for kick, low kick, high kick and more.

Week 3: 

In the third week students will focus on self defense moves and the form for these new moves. They will learn moves such as mabo ten count blocking set, gunbu ten count blocking set, high horse ten count blocking set and much more.
