SUMMER PROGRAM
Week 1 + Week 2:
In the first and second week of this course students will learn the basics and fundamentals or real life programming. Unlike the previous sessions where we used a game development platform, this time we will go over topics such as logic and if statements, looping, arrays, overall writing clean code, text and strings etc. These first two weeks will ultimately prepare the student for the upcoming lessons in weeks 3 and 4.
Week 3 + Week 4:
In the third and fourth weeks students will begin to learn how to develop and IOS application. We will have formed a proper program as well as have discussed how to create a proper app structure. We will learn how to design the application and create and solve problems and complications which may arouse while developing an application.
Week 5 + Week 6:
These final weeks will be used to properly learn and understand how to create a fluid webpage. Although this may seem simple, learning the basics of creating a working webpage are very important and useful to learn. We will discuss what makes a webpage easy and understandable for a viewer as well as how to add simple HTML code to customize the site beyond what we are given.

- A laptop or desktop
- a notebook or something to draw on as well as a utensil to draw with
- more materials and instructions will be given once classes have begun
